Nagham Annoukary is an international Latin dance instructor, performer, choreographer, and founder of NAGA Dance School. With more than 14 years of dance experience and over 8 years of teaching, she has dedicated her career to inspiring people through movement, connection, and artistic expression.

Her journey has taken her from Syria to Italy, Germany, and across Europe, where she has continuously refined her skills through professional training, international performances, and collaborations with renowned artists. Specializing in Salsa, Bachata, Contemporary Dance, and body movement, Nagham believes that dance is much more than learning steps—it is a powerful way to build confidence, create meaningful connections, and express oneself authentically.

Throughout her career, she has taught students of all ages and skill levels, helping beginners discover the joy of dance while guiding experienced dancers to reach new levels of technique and performance. Her teaching style combines technical excellence, musicality, body awareness, partner connection, and a welcoming atmosphere where every student feels supported and motivated.
Nagham has performed at international Latin festivals, taught workshops, and shared the stage with internationally recognized artists, including Alien Ramirez, Jacopo & Linda Tavana, and Marco Ferrigno. Her commitment to continuous learning has led her to participate in advanced teacher education programs to ensure her students receive modern, high-quality instruction.

Most recently, she successfully completed the BachaZouk Teachers Intensive & Certification Program in the Netherlands with Sakis & Mia, further expanding her expertise in partner connection, body movement, teaching methodology, and contemporary social dance techniques.

In addition to her artistic career, Nagham holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, bringing strong leadership, organization, and professionalism to the management of her dance school.
Today, through NAGA Dance School in Germany, Nagham’s vision is to build a welcoming community where people of all backgrounds feel safe, respected, and inspired. Her mission is to provide exceptional dance education while creating an environment where every student can grow—not only as a dancer but also as a confident individual.

As an independent dance instructor and guest teacher, Natalie enriches the dance school’s program with her extensive experience and passion for dance. While she is not part of the permanent teaching team, she contributes her expertise through a special collaboration in selected workshops and courses.

For more than a decade, Natalie has inspired people with her enthusiasm for dance, movement, and expression. As an accomplished dancer, instructor, and choreographer, she combines solid technical knowledge with an infectious passion for teaching.

She completed her dance training with multiple world champions Adrian and Anita in Barcelona. Through numerous national and international competition successes, she has established herself as a highly experienced salsa instructor in Germany. Her achievements include several German championship titles, victory at the European Latin Dance Grand Prix, and reaching the semi-finals of the World Latin Dance Cup in Miami, Florida.

In her classes, Natalie places great importance on creating a positive learning environment, offering individual support, and fostering a genuine enjoyment of movement. Whether it’s salsa, ladies’ styling, dance fitness, or show dance, her many years of teaching experience enable her to motivate and develop both beginners and advanced dancers.

Her students particularly appreciate her warm personality, her professional guidance, and her ability to combine technique, musicality, and enjoyment in a unique and engaging way.

Joe has been teaching Bachata for many years and has built extensive experience through teaching at various dance schools, workshops, festivals, and social dance events. His passion for Bachata, combined with years of practical teaching experience, allows him to help students of all levels improve their technique, musicality, partner connection, and confidence on the dance floor. Known for his clear teaching style and positive energy, Joe is dedicated to creating an enjoyable learning environment where students can grow, challenge themselves, and develop a deeper understanding of Bachata. Kevin also referred to as „Coco“ is a Salsa Instructor at Naga Dance School and apassionate social dancer.
With more than 15 years of experience in studying, dancing, and teaching Salsa, Kevin brings a deep passion for authentic social dancing into every class.

For Kevin, Salsa is much more than steps, shines, or performance. It is a social dance built on connection, communication, musicality, and the joy of sharing the dance, a conversation, with another person. His approach is far away from focusing only on stage performance. Instead, he believes that the real beauty of Salsa comes alive on the social dance floor — where dancers connect, improvise, listen to the music, and enjoy the moment together.

Kevin began developing his Salsa experience more than 15 years ago in various dance schools in Germany and also Mexico, immersing himself in the culture and social side of the dance. Since then, he has continued to learn, dance, and teach, constantly developing his understanding of the music, movement, connection, and authentic Salsa style.
As a teacher, Kevin’s goal is not simply to show students how to dance, but to enjoy and escape their daily life through the beauty of dance and movement. He wants his students to feel comfortable on the social floor, develop their own personality, connect naturally with their partners.

His classes are energetic, relaxed, and full of personality. Kevin brings humor, positive energy, and a genuine love for Salsa into every lesson. He creates an atmosphere where students can learn without pressure, make mistakes, laugh, experiment, and gradually build confidence.

For Kevin, teaching Salsa means sharing an experience — the music, the connection, the freedom, and the fun of dancing together. His greatest satisfaction is seeing students leave the class smiling, feeling more confident, and excited to take what they learned onto the social dance floor.

With his African roots, rhythm and movement have always been a natural part of Fernandes’ life. However, his conscious passion for dance developed later – and from that moment on, there was no turning back. He fully immersed himself in the world of hip-hop and a wide range of Latin dances.

His dance journey led him through well-known institutions such as the New York City Dance School in Stuttgart and the Minkov Dance Academy. There, he refined his technique and explored the diversity of different dance styles.

Over time, he discovered and embraced all styles of salsa. Today, his main focus lies on bachata and kizomba – the styles closest to his heart. With this dedication and energy, Fernandes leads his classes, sharing not just steps, but the true feeling and lifestyle of dance.
