Creative shine combinations, Syncopations & rhythmic variations, turns, direction changes & dynamic transitions, footwork you can actually use socially, styling, body movement & personal expression, musical interpretation and phrasing
13:00 – 14:00 | PARTNERWORK
Make your social dancing more interesting!
Fun & practical Mambo patterns, copa variations and advanced entries, turns & rotational combinations, changes of direction and dynamic transitions, different ways to enter and exit patterns, lead & follow variations, connection, timing, elasticity & flow
14:00 – 15:00 | SOCIAL MAMBO COMBINATION
Put it all together and dance!
We’ll build a longer combination using both shines and partnerwork, focusing on: Musicality and phrasing, flow and dynamic transitions, connection and responsiveness, creativity and personal expression, comfortable transitions, making the patterns feel natural on the social dance floor. Less memorising, more dancing, adapting and playing with the music.

We’ll finish with some fun recordings of what we’ve learned.
No pressure, no serious performance setup — just dance, enjoy the music and capture some good Mambo moments together.
